PRIVACY POLICY — PRIMESHOTS GO

Primeshots Studios (“we”) operates the Primeshots Go app. This policy
explains what we collect and why. It is written to be read, not to cover
us.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you book, we collect your name, email address and phone number. We
need all three: two to confirm the booking, and the phone number because
it is how we find your booking and your account later.

If you create an account, we also store a password. It is stored hashed —
we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who obtains our database.

If you book a self-hosted session, the app asks you to photograph the
room before and after. Those photos go to the studio and are used to
record the room’s condition. They are not shown to other customers and
are not used for anything else.

If a staff member takes a card payment in person, iOS provides an
approximate location because card networks require it for in-person
transactions. We do not collect your location at any other time, and we
do not track your movements.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not use analytics. We do not use advertising networks. There are no
third-party trackers in this app. We do not sell or share your data with
anyone for marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by
Square, which handles card details directly; we receive only a token and
the last four digits.

WHO ELSE HANDLES YOUR DATA

Square, our payments and booking provider, processes your booking and
payment information. Their privacy policy is at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
That is the only third party your data reaches.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Booking records are kept as long as needed for our business and tax
records. Room-condition photos are deleted on a regular schedule once the
session is closed out.

YOUR RIGHTS

Email info@primeshots.org to see what we hold about you, correct it, or
ask us to delete it. If you ask us to delete your account we will, though
we may keep booking and payment records where tax law requires it.

CHILDREN

This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly
collect their information.
