Frequently Asked Questions

  • All unedited images are sent via email after the shoot. The images are only to view and choose which will be edited. Pictures may be downloaded if package permits. The final edits will be sent 5 – 7 days after selections are made.
  • A rush fee of $100 can be paid to expedite the delivery within 48 hours. 
  • If the customer fails to make a photo selection within 14 days of receiving the unedited images, the studio reserves the right to choose the photos on their behalf and complete the project. The customer agrees to accept the studio’s selection as final and waives any claims or disputes arising from it.
